How To Export Email Addresses

Emails collected within your Gallus Golf app are organized into the section they were first acquired within. There are four locations a user can enter their email address in a Gallus Golf mobile app:
  1. Scorecard/GPS
  2. User Profile
  3. Offer Locker
  4. Loyalty Program
Accessing emails collected from your app will depend on the location your users chose to enter them in. Let's take a look at each section:

Exporting All App Emails

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click Stats on the left side of the page, then Rounds.

  3. On the ensuing page, click Export All App Emails.

  4. A CSV document will download to your desktop, with every email that has been entered into the Scorecard/GPS User Profile, Offer Locker, and Loyalty Programs sections.

Scorecard/GPS (And User Profile)

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click Stats on the left side of the page, then Rounds.

  3. On the ensuing page, click Export Emails.

  4. A CSV document will download to your desktop, with every email that has been entered into the Scorecard/GPS or User Profile section.

Offer Locker

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click Offer Locker in the middle of the page.

  3. Click into the Offer you'd like to view the emails for.

  4. On the ensuing page, you will see a list of all the emails that have viewed or redeemed the offer. Filter as necessary, then click/drag from the top-left "View" or "Redeem" icon all the way to the bottom of the list. Copy that to your computer's clipboard.

  5. Lastly, go into an Excel spreadsheet, paste, and manipulate the data as necessary.

Loyalty Program

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click Loyalty Program in the middle of the page.

  3. Click into the Loyalty Program you'd like to view the emails for.

  4. On the ensuing page, you will see a list of all the emails that have joined the loyalty program. Filter as necessary, then click/drag from the top-left "View" or "Redeem" icon all the way to the bottom of the list. Copy that to your computer's clipboard.

  5. Lastly, go into an Excel spreadsheet, paste, and manipulate the data as necessary.
