Engage Wallet Setup Step 3: Gallus Dashboard Setup

Before You Begin

Make sure you have a familiarity with the Gallus Wallet by reading our How The Engage Wallet Integration Works article.

What's The Point?

After confirming with a Gallus Golf representative that your app is ready, it's time to connect your wallet program to the Gallus Digital Wallet. This article will outline the steps to do so.

Steps To Complete

Initial Setup

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. On the left side of the page, click Engage Users --> Prepaid Value Cards.
  3. On the ensuing page, click Import Cards at the top-left, then Import to sign into your Engage account.
  4. Once signed in, a list of your existing engagements will appear. Click the checkbox next to the ones you'd like to add, then click Import.
  5. The card appears in the list. Hover over it and click the pencil in the top-right of the card.
  6. On the ensuing page, enter the following (a preview of the program appears on the right):


      1. Title
        1. The display name for the program.
      2. Price
        1. The cost to buy into the program.
      3. Image
        1. The background image for the program. (Accepts JPEG, PNG, or GIF at 3:2 ratio.)
      4. Terms
        1. The terms of use for the program, as defined by the app admin. (Accepts JPEG, PNG, or GIF at 3:2 ratio.)
      5. Purchase Incentive
        1. Purchase Amount
          1. When the customer initially buys into the program, they will receive...
        2. Incentive Amount
          1. Either a percentage or fixed dollar amount.
      6. Reload Incentive
        1. Reload Amount
          1. For every X dollars the customer reloads, they will receive...
        2. Incentive Amount
          1. Either a percentage or fixed dollar amount.
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Setting Terms & Conditions URL & Minimum Reload Amount

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. On the left side of the page, click Engage Users --> Prepaid Value Cards.
  3. On the ensuing page, click Settings in the top-right.
  4. A pop-up appears with fields to edit the following:

      1. Terms & Conditions URL
        1. If you have a page on your website with terms and conditions, add the URL here to have it display at the bottom of each Gallus Wallet page.
      2. Minimum Reload Amount
        1. The least amount of money someone can reload onto any of their cards.
