Geofence Analytics

This page will describe how to parse analytics from Geofence Messages

Before You Begin

Make sure you've read our How Geofences Work page and added a couple of your own.

Geofences take a 3-5 days to begin gathering data.

Accessing Analytics

To view Geofence analytics, navigate to the Geofences page of your admin dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look at the "Messages Sent" section:



Changing Date Range

To change the date range of the analytics, complete the following steps:
  1. Navigate to the Geofences page of your admin dashboard.
  2. In the Geofences Sent To pane (circled above), click the date on the left and select a date to begin the range.
  3. Click the date on the right and select a date to end the range.
  4. Click Update.
The page will take a moment to load and once finished will display stats for the time period you outlined in the previous steps.

Parsing Sent To Numbers By Geofence

To see the specific sent to numbers for one of your Geofences, complete the following steps:
  1. Navigate to the Geofences page of your admin dashboard.
  2. Click the box marked "All" in the Messages Sent pane and choose the fence you'd like to analyze.
  3. Choose a start date.
  4. Choose an end date.
  5. Click Update
The page will take a moment to load and you will be able to see the sent to numbers once it has finished.
