Resetting Cache In The In-App Browser

What's The Point?

Occasionally, users will experience an issue with a webpage in a Gallus Golf mobile app and need to reset their cache. This will remove all stored site data and log the user out, allowing them to start the process anew. Please follow these instructions to do so, dependent on the type of device you're using.

iOS Devices

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Scroll down to Safari and tap the icon.

  3. On the ensuing page, scroll towards the bottom and find Clear History & Website Data. Tap to confirm.


  4. DONE!

Android Devices

  1. In a Gallus Golf mobile app, navigate to a page that utilizes the in-app browser. (Tee Times is the most common.)
  2. Tap the three dots at the top-right of the screen.

  3. Tap the i icon in the top-right.

  4. Tap Site Settings.

  5. Tap Clear & reset, then confirm.

  6. DONE!
