How Payments Work

What Are Payments?

Payments refer to the transactions made by customers who purchase a Subscription or Membership within your app. Customers can cancel their subscriptions directly through the app or you may do it for them through the CMS. For one-time membership payments, cancellations must be handled through the CMS. All transactions are processed using your Stripe account.

User Experience

Step-By-Step

Customers wishing to view their Payments after purchasing a Subscription can do so: 
  1. Open the app
  2. On the Home Screen, open Profile, the customer must be Logged in

  3. Tap on Order Icon 

  4. Wishing to Cancel a Subscription? Tap on Card icon

  5. Tap on the Card to view Subscriptions Benefits

  6. If the Subscription is Recurring the Customer can tap to Cancel

  7. Tap Cancel. 

  8. The Subscription will stay valid through end of term (ex. end of Month, end of Quarter)

Payments

  1. From the Quick Start Page in your admin dashboard, click Subscriptions

  2. A new tab will open up and on the ensuing page, click Payments

  3. On the ensuing page, you will see payments once customers have purchased your Subscriptions or Memberships

  4. This is an example of the Payments page with all Payments created. 

  5. This is an example of the Payments page with Subscriptions created.

  6. You can click into a specific Payment or Subscription to get additional details

  7. If you hit Cancel Subscription, you will be taken to Stripe in order to do so.
