Online Registration Checklist Page
After completing the previous steps, a checklist page like the below will appear (with the same red/yellow/green color coding as the main tournament checklist page). Let's touch on each of the sections:
Settings
Clicking on this section will bring you back to the online registration settings. (See previous section Enabling Online Registration for more info.)
NOTE: Clicking Manage on this pane takes you to the same place as the pencil at the top-right of the Registration pane (on the left side of the page).
Bank Account
This section only appears if you have required payment or made it optional (does not appear when payment is not allowed).
Click Manage on the Bank Account step.
On the ensuing page, click Connect with Stripe.
This will take you to Stripe's website. Fill out the information as necessary to create an account with them directly.
TIP: Every tournament can have a different Stripe account connected to it, which is ideal for outside tournaments. Have the tournament organizer create an account of their own and let them control their bank deposits!
Click Authorize to finish the setup process.
Design
This section allows you to control the look of your online registration page.
Click Manage on the step.
A page like the below will open. Let's go through the steps:
Registration Header: Upload either a JPEG or PNG file to control the header at the top of the page.
Recommended aspect ratio is 3:2 (landscape). If the image isn't in that ratio, the top and bottom will automatically be cut off and the width will be maintained, with the resulting image fitting within that 2:3 ratio.
Coordinator Name: Provide a name of the contact for tournament registration.
This is optional.
Coordinator Phone: Provide the best number to reach the coordinator at.
This is optional.
Coordinator Email: Provide the best email to send tournament questions to.

Registration Instructions: Any additional information participants need to know in order to register (age requirements, etc.)
Payments
This section only appears if you have required payment or made it optional (does not appear when payment is not allowed).
Click Manage on the step.
The next page will allow you to see all payments, edit them, and even Add Manual Payment at the top-left of the screen.
Players
This section will allow you to see all players that have registered for the event thus far.
Click Manage on the step.
The system will take you to the same Players page as the main tournament checklist page does. You will be able to see every player, which ones paid through the online registration (denoted by a $ next to their name), and add any additional players.
Finding Your Online Registration Link
There are two locations in the Gallus Tournament Wizard to find an online registration link, which is the link you should share with anyone looking to register for the event:
Select the tournament you'd like to view the online registration link for.
As long as you've followed the steps above to enable online registration, scroll to the bottom of the checklist page and find the link at the bottom-right:
