Adding Popups To Gallus onTap Menus


Before You Begin

Make sure to read our How Gallus onTap Works article for a basic understanding of the feature.

What's The Point?

When users enter onTap menus, they can either find their way around using whatever criteria they choose, or you as a menu admin can point them in the right direction with a strategically placed in-menu message. There are three locations one of these messages can be placed:
  1. Home Page
  2. Category Page
  3. Checkout Page

Steps To Set Up

  1. Log into your Gallus Golf Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click Customize App --> Gallus onTap on the left side of the page.

  3. A new window opens. Use your onTap credentials (provided by your Gallus Golf account manager- email us if you need them) to sign in.
  4. On the left side of the page, click Marketing --> Alert --> Custom Alert.

  5. On the ensuing page, enter the following:
    1. Click the toggle next to whichever of the three locations you'd like to turn on.
    2. Enter a Title.
    3. Enter a message in the box below.

  6. Click the Save icon in the top-right of the page.

  7. DONE!
