How to Edit or Redeem a Customer's Reward

What's the Point?
While managing customer rewards is typically done in their app we're allowing clients greater flexibility to manually redeem, update quantity, change expiration dates or simply void a reward altogether.

Redeem a Customer's Reward
- From the Quick Start Page in your admin dashboard, click Subscriptions
- A new tab will open up and on the ensuing page, click Customers
- You can 'search' for a customer, or if visible on the Customer list page you can simply click on their row.
- On the Customer's Rewards Tab, click on the Reward you wish to edit.
- The ensuing page, click Redeem and a popup opens up
- Hit Save, and the Redemption is applied
- Go back to Customers Reward Tab and you can see the adjustment
Add Extra Quantity to a Customer's Reward
- From the Quick Start Page in your admin dashboard, click Subscriptions
- A new tab will open up and on the ensuing page, click Customers
- You can 'search' for a customer, or if visible on the Customer list page you can simply click on their row.
- On the Customer's Rewards Tab, click on the Reward you wish to add a quantity to
- On the ensuing page, adjust the Quantity
- Hit Save
- Go back to Customers Reward Tab and you can see the quantity adjustment and the status is Active
Void a Customer's Reward
- From the Quick Start Page in your admin dashboard, click Subscriptions
- A new tab will open up and on the ensuing page, click Customers
- You can 'search' for a customer, or if visible on the Customer list page you can simply click on their row.
- On the Customer's Rewards Tab, click on the Reward you wish to add a quantity to
- On the ensuing page, adjust the Void toggle and supply a Reason for the void
- Hit Save
- Go back to Customers Reward Tab and you can see the status adjustment to Void
