How to Edit or Redeem a Customer's Reward

What's the Point?

While managing customer rewards is typically done in their app we're allowing clients greater flexibility to manually redeem, update quantity, change expiration dates or simply void a reward altogether.

Redeem a Customer's Reward

  1. From the Quick Start Page in your admin dashboard, click Subscriptions
    1. gallus quick start page
  2. A new tab will open up and on the ensuing page, click Customers

  3. You can 'search' for a customer, or if visible on the Customer list page you can simply click on their row. 

  4. On the Customer's Rewards Tab, click on the Reward you wish to edit. 

  5. The ensuing page, click Redeem and a popup opens up

  6. Hit Save, and the Redemption is applied

  7. Go back to Customers Reward Tab and you can see the adjustment

Add Extra Quantity to a Customer's Reward

  1. From the Quick Start Page in your admin dashboard, click Subscriptions

  2. A new tab will open up and on the ensuing page, click Customers

  3. You can 'search' for a customer, or if visible on the Customer list page you can simply click on their row. 

  4. On the Customer's Rewards Tab, click on the Reward you wish to add a quantity to

  5. On the ensuing page, adjust the Quantity

  6. Hit Save

  7. Go back to Customers Reward Tab and you can see the quantity adjustment and the status is Active 

Void a Customer's Reward

  1. From the Quick Start Page in your admin dashboard, click Subscriptions

  2. A new tab will open up and on the ensuing page, click Customers

  3. You can 'search' for a customer, or if visible on the Customer list page you can simply click on their row. 

  4. On the Customer's Rewards Tab, click on the Reward you wish to add a quantity to

  5. On the ensuing page, adjust the Void toggle and supply a Reason for the void

  6. Hit Save

  7. Go back to Customers Reward Tab and you can see the status adjustment to Void
