How Customers Work

How Customers Work

What Are Customers?

Customers are a collection of your customers using your App! When customers create an account through your app they become visible to you under Customers. If necessary, you can also add customers, individually, or through an import.

User Experience

Step-By-Step

Examples of how customers can create an account or login through the app.
  1. Durning App Onboarding customers have the ability to create an account, log in (maybe they have a new phone), or continue as a guest.

  2. If they visit Rewards and they do not have an account or are not logged in, they will be prompted.

  3. If they visit Scorecard & GPS and they do not have an account or are not logged in, they will be prompted.

  4. When customers create an account for the first time, they will go through an OTP verification process using their email address or cell phone number to verify it's them.

  5. Once verified, they will now be able to access Rewards, save their Scorecard rounds and join or purchase any Subscriptions.

    Warning
    1. If you manually add a customer it's critical that you inform them so they know they can login using their email address or phone number. If not, they will receive an alert noting that an account is already created with that information.
