How Rewards Work

How Rewards Work

What Are Rewards?

Rewards are in-app offers available exclusively to customers who have created an account in your Gallus Golf app. They cannot be accessed outside the app.

As an admin, you have full control over how Rewards are created, distributed and redeemed. You can create unlimited rewards and decide exactly who sees them and how they are used.

Common Reward Use Cases

Rewards can be used to drive:
  1. App downloads and account creation
  2. Membership and subscription adoption
  3. Repeat visits and loyalty
  4. Upsells and targeted promotions
  5. In-app communication

Reward Audience Options

Rewards can be:
  1. Available to all customers
  2. Limited to specific memberships or subscriptions
  3. Targeted to specific customer segments
  4. Used as download incentives for new users

Reward Types

Each reward is configured by the action you want the customer to take:
  1. Redemption-based – redeemed in person (e.g., free bucket of range balls)
  2. URL Linked – drive traffic to an external link or in-app page (e.g., event registration, early access)
  3. Content-only – informational, no action required (e.g., wifi details, special announcements)
This flexibility allows you to use Rewards to support acquisition, retention, upsell, and communication!
