How Rewards Work

How Rewards Work

What Are Rewards?

Rewards is a collection of "rewards" that are only available within a Gallus Golf app and visible to customers who have created an app account. As an admin, you have the ability to create as many of these as you'd like with whatever content you deem necessary. You can make certain rewards download incentives only, make others available only through purchase of a subscription or membership, tie a reward to a targeted group of customers, or simply make the reward available to everyone.

Step-By-Step

Customers wishing to access Rewards can follow these steps:
  1. Open the app.
  2. On the Home Screen, tap Rewards (or whatever you have chosen to title it)

  3. If it's the first time they are accessing Rewards, they will be required to create an account or log in.

  4. Once logged in, the ensuing screen will display the available rewards.

  5. Tap on a reward and a screen with Rewards details will appear.

  6. Customer taps Redeem Now button

  7. A warning message appears, asking the customer if they're sure they'd like to use the offer now. If so, tap the checkbox and then Redeem

  8. If it's a multi use Reward, they will be asked to select the Quantity before tapping the checkbox and then Redeem

  9. A timestamp appears with the time the offer was redeemed.

  10. The customer shows the timestamped offer to a staff member at the time of purchase to verify they have a reward to use right now.
  11. If it is a multiple use reward the customer will be able to view their redemption history until they've used all the rewards available to them.

  12. DONE! If the offer was a one-time use it will move to the Redeemed Tab with a timestamp for when the offer was used. If it was a reward with multiple quantities, the customer can view their redemption history until they've used them all and the offer moves to the Redeemed tab.
