How The Club Prophet Wallet Integration Works

What's The Point?

Clubs utilizing Club Prophet for their tee sheet and point of sale often allow customers to have a reloadable balance on their account. This balance has traditionally been managed completely behind the pro shop desk. Anytime a customer wanted to know their existing balance or add additional funds, they were required to communicate with a staff member, who then accessed their Club Prophet dashboard to do the respective work.

Gallus is now providing an automated and accessible way for customers to view their Club Prophet balance and reload it with Prophet Pay as their payment processor. This article will outline the various facets to the Club Prophet Wallet integration and detail the parameters controllable by an admin in their Gallus admin dashboard.

What Are My Options?

There are FOUR scenarios currently supported for Club Prophet Wallet, all designed to help you as a facility meet the needs of your customers. Read on to learn about each:

1) Streamlined Member Card


This is a basic digital member card that displays the following fields from their Club Prophet account:
  1. Image
  2. Name
  3. Expiration Date (if present)
  4. Account ID
  5. Customer Class
  6. Barcode

2) Prepaid Balance Member Card (requires ProphetPay)


This includes everything from the Streamlined Member Card but adds the following fields, along with the ability to reload their balance through the app:
  1. Image
  2. Name
  3. Expiration Date (if present)
  4. Account ID
  5. Customer Class
  6. Barcode
  7. Remaining Balance
  8. Reload Card Flow
  9. Transaction History

3) Loyalty Member Card


This includes everything from the Streamlined Member Card but adds Loyalty, resulting in the following fields:
  1. Image
  2. Name
  3. Expiration Date (if present)
  4. Account ID
  5. Customer Class
  6. Barcode
  7. Loyalty Balance

4) Prepaid Balance & Loyalty Member Card


This combines all of the three above options, resulting in the following fields:
  1. Image
  2. Name
  3. Expiration Date (if present)
  4. Account ID
  5. Customer Class
  6. Barcode
  7. Remaining Balance
  8. Reload Card Flow
  9. Transaction History
  10. Loyalty Balance

User Experience


Logging In

  1. On the app's Home Screen, tap the Profile icon.

  2. If you've already kept score for a round of golf, you may need to tap the settings gear. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
  3. Tap Log In.

  4. Input your login credentials for the Club Prophet tee sheet, then tap Log In.

  5. Accept the terms.
  6. DONE! You are now logged in and your information is autofilled from your Club Prophet profile.

      1. If any of this information needs to be adjusted, please contact the pro shop and have them make the adjustments in the point-of-sale system.

Accessing A Wallet Card

Make sure you've logged in by following the instructions above before proceeding with the below instructions.

Option 1: Through The Profile

  1. On the app's Home Screen, tap the Profile icon.

  2. If you've already kept score for a round of golf, you may need to tap the settings gear. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
  3. On the ensuing page, tap Card.

  4. DONE! You can now view the following information:

      1. Your unique ID (in text and barcode form)
      2. Customer class (Preferred Player in the screenshot above)
      3. Transaction History
        1. Every redemption or reload that has happened on your profile in recent history.

Option 2: Through A Home Screen Or Side Menu Button

  1. Tap the button in your app's Home Screen or Side Menu.


  2. DONE! You can now view the following information:

      1. Your unique ID (in text and barcode form)
      2. Customer class (Preferred Player in the screenshot above)
      3. Transaction History
        1. Every redemption or reload that has happened on your profile in recent history.

Redeeming Funds

Option 1: Through The Profile

  1. On the app's Home Screen, tap the Profile icon.

  2. If you've already kept score for a round of golf, you may need to tap the settings gear. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap Card.

  4. Your card now displays. Show this to a staff member to scan and they'll take it from there.

Option 2: Through A Home Screen Or Side Menu Button

  1. Tap the button in your app's Home Screen or Side Menu.


  2. Your card now displays. Show this to a staff member to scan and they'll take it from there.

Adding Funds

  1. On the card screen, tap Reload Card.

  2. Input the value you'd like to add to your existing balance.

  3. Select a saved credit card or input new card details.


  4. Confirm your selection and tap Pay Now.

  5. DONE! The funds have now been added to your account.

      1. Tap Email Me My Receipt at the bottom of this screen if you'd like a copy for your records.

Managing A Program's Settings In The Admin Dashboard

Getting To The Wallet Page In Your Dashboard

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. On the left side of the screen, click Engage Users --> Gallus Wallet.

  3. DONE! Proceed to any of the below sections to make necessary edits.

Setting Terms & Conditions URL And Minimum Reload Amount

  1. Click Settings in the top-right.

  2. A modal appears to edit both values. Make the necessary edits:

      1. Terms & Conditions URL: Provide a link to your own terms & conditions page, which displays to users in various locations in your app's Wallet feature.
      2. Minimum Reload Amount: The smallest dollar amount you'd like to allow users to reload.
        1. This differs from the Reload Incentive Minimum (below) as that must be an equal or higher amount to this overarching minimum.
  3. Click Save to save your work.

  4. DONE!

Editing Card Details

  1. Click on your card to access the details screen.
  2. On the ensuing page, edit the following information:

      1. Active Toggle (top-right)
        1. Controls whether the card is available to your end users. Think of it as your master switch.
      2. Card Title
        1. The title of your card (only visible to you in your admin dashboard)
      3. Card Image
        1. The background of your card. Please upload a landscape image using either JPEG or PNG as your format.
      4. Card Reload Incentive Toggle
        1. When enabled, customers earn an additional amount every time they reload an amount equal to or above the Reload Amount.
          1. Reload Amount
            1. The minimum amount a user needs to reload to earn the incentive.
          2. Amount
            1. The additional funds added to the user's account when they've reloaded a value equal to or greater than the Reload Amount.
  3. When finished, click Save.

  4. DONE!

Adding Your Card To Your App's Home Screen Or Side Menu

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click App Navigation.

  3. On the ensuing page, find the item labeled Wallet (or whatever it's been renamed) on the left side of the screen.

  4. Click the Home Screen and/or Side Menu icon to add them to the preview on the right.

  5. Drag/drop where you'd like the item to reside.
