How The User Profile Works

What's The Point?

The user profile section is the personalization hub of a user's app. Through it they can access any of their past rounds in the Scorecard/GPS, configure their Push Notifications preferences, and even post their score to a handicap service.

Features

Accessing Round History

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, your previous rounds will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Tap on any round to view it in the Scorecard/GPS section.

Recovering Round History From A Previous Phone

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap Recover Scorecard History at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Enter your name and email address into the fields and click Recover Now. Note that this should be the same information you entered into the app on the previous device.

Without filling out the email address field on the previous device, there is no way to recover round history.

Accessing GHIN Score Posting

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap Post Score.

  4. Enter GHIN number and last name, then tap Continue.

Accessing Scoring Stats

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap Scoring Stats.

  4. The following stats will appear on the ensuing page:
    1. Par 3 Average
    2. Par 4 Average
    3. Par 5 Average
    4. A pie chart depicting the percentage of Eagles, Birdies, Pars, Bogeys, and Double Bogeys.
    5. Scoring trend for all rounds loaded into the app.

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap the gear icon in the top-right.

  4. On the ensuing page, tap the Settings cog at the top-right of the screen.

  5. Interest Groups that have been set up for your app will display on the ensuing page.

Accessing Customer ID Fields

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap the gear icon in the top-right.

  4. Customer ID Fields will be displayed on the ensuing page.

Updating Push Notification Preferences

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap the gear icon in the top-right.

  4. On the ensuing page, tap the Settings cog at the top-right of the screen.
  5. On the ensuing page, click the toggle below Notifications & Interests to either enable or disable push notifications, then follow the on-screen prompts.

Finding Your App's Version

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap the gear icon in the top-right.

  4. On the ensuing page, tap the Settings cog at the top-right of the screen.
  5. On the ensuing page, scroll to the bottom to find your app's version.

Resetting Your App

  1. Open the app you'd like to access and navigate to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap the silhouette in the top-right of the page.

  3. On the ensuing page, tap the gear icon in the top-right.

  4. On the ensuing page, tap the Settings cog at the top-right of the screen.
  5. At the bottom of the next page, tap Reset and follow the on-screen prompts.
