How League Teams Work

What's The Point?

Leagues utilizing Team scoring formats need a way to group these players together and manage them throughout the season. The Teams section is designed to make this process straightforward and simple to enable League coordinators to set up League quickly.

Navigating To The Teams Section

  1. Log into your Gallus Admin Dashboard.
  2. On the Quick Start Page, click Events.

  3. Click Leagues in the top-right of the page.

  4. Select the League you'd like to upload a spreadsheet for.

  5. On the League checklist page, click Teams.

Adding Teams

  1. Select the round you'd like to add a team to (if necessary) and click Add Team.

  2. Input a NameCourse Handicap (if necessary), and click Add.

  3. If the player has not been added in the League Roster section, input the following info and click Create Player:

      1. GHIN Number
      1. Inputting their GHIN number will automatically fill in fields 2-5 below and set you up for automated course handicap management for future League rounds
      1. First Name
      2. Last Name
      3. Gender
      4. Course Handicap
      5. Team (If necessary)
  4. If the player has been added in the League Roster section, click Select an existing player. Then type their name, click it, and click Add.



Editing Teams

  1. Click the name of the Team you'd like to edit..

  2. Click the Edit pencil on the left to adjust the Team Name or Course Handicap.

  3. Click the Edit pencil on the right to adjust the players on the team.

Updating Course Handicaps For Specific Rounds

  1. Select the round through the dropdown on the left.


  2. Click the name of the Team you'd like to update.

  3. On the ensuing page, click the Edit pencil in the top-left.

  4. Update the Course Handicap and click Update to save your changes.



Inputting Or Editing Team Scores

  1. Select the round through the dropdown on the left.


  2. Click the name of the Team you'd like to update.

  3. On the ensuing page, ensure the round is correct in the dropdown.

  4. Input (or edit) their scores in the scorecard below, then click Update to lock in your changes.

  5. DONE!
    1. If you would like to revert to the scorecard inputted via the app, click Revert back to player's scorekeeper scorecard, then Update.
