Leagues User Experience

Before You Begin

Make sure to have an adequate understanding of Leagues by viewing our League Software Basics article.

What's The Point?

Users must follow a specific process to join an event on the day of a League round. This article will outline those steps to make sure everyone is contributing to the League Leaderboards.

Viewing Leaderboards


Joining A League On The Day Of A Round

Option 1: Self-Creating Groups

This second flow option occurs when Groups are not predefined by the League coordinator, meaning the Groups step is left empty.
  1. Open your app on their phone.
  2. Tap the League title or Today's Events at the top of the Home Screen.

  3. Locate their name and tap on it.

  4. If just keeping score for themself, select Starting Hole and tap Confirm & Start Round.

      1. If it's a team scoring format, the rest of the user's team will be preselected.
  5. If keeping score for more in their group, tap Select More Players.

      1. Select the rest of the players to keep score for and tap Next.

      2. If all of the information is correct, select Starting Hole and tap Confirm & Start Round.

  6. DONE! From this point forward, their scoring process will be the same as in the Scorecard/GPS.

Option 2: Predefined Groups

This first flow option occurs when Groups are predefined by the League coordinator following the steps outlined in this article.
  1. Open your app on their phone.
  2. Tap the League title or Today's Events at the top of the Home Screen.


  3. Select their name from the League Roster.

  4. Confirm that the information on the page is correct and select/unselect players in your Group to keep score for. Then tap Confirm & Start.

  5. DONE! From this point forward, their scoring process will be the same as in the Scorecard/GPS.

Viewing The Live League Leaderboard

After following the previous process, a user can tap the Leaderboard button on the bottom-left of the Scorecard/GPS page to view the live league leaderboard.
