What is Customer Dashboard
What is Customer Dashboard?
The Customer Dashboard provides a real-time, at-a-glance view of key performance metrics for your course. It is the first screen you see upon clicking on Customer Dashboard from the Quick Start Page and serves as the your central hub for viewing
payments,
customer engagement,
rewards activity,
memberships/subscriptions, and
gifting performance.
How to Access the Dashboard
- A new Tab will open with Customer Dashboard
Note: The Dashboard is view-only. To make changes to customers, rewards, memberships, or settings, use the corresponding sections in the left navigation menu.
Dashboard Sections
Quick Actions
Two action buttons are available in the top-right corner of the Dashboard:
- Send Message - Compose and send a message or notification directly to your customers.
- Give Reward - Manually issue a reward to a customer.
A rotating banner also highlights suggested actions (e.g., 'Live music or trivia coming up? Tell your customers').
Trend: Last 30 Days
At the bottom of the cards, a Trend: last 30 days indicator with a Change button allows you to adjust the reference period used for trend calculations displayed across the Dashboard cards. This helps you compare performance across different time windows. Default is last 30 days but also available - last 7 days, yesterday and today, and today.
Value Created
The Value Created box, displayed prominently at the top, shows the total combined value your course has generated through payments and rewards value. It is calculated as: Value Created = Payments + Rewards Value
Payments and Rewards Value Cards
These two cards break down the components of Value Created:
- Payments - The total revenue collected through the platform (e.g., USD 9,710).
- Rewards Value - The cumulative monetary value of rewards redeemed by customers (e.g., USD 680).
Customers
This card shows the total number of customers registered through your App. In the example shown, there are 42 customers registered, and the trend shows no new customers added in the last 30 days. Use this metric to track customer acquisition over time.
Rewards Used
This card displays the total number of rewards that have been used/redeemed by customers through your App. The trend shows that there has been recent redemption activity. Monitoring this figure helps assess the engagement and popularity of your rewards.
Memberships/Subscriptions
The Memberships section provides a snapshot of your membership program with three key figures:
- Active Members - The number of customers currently holding an active membership (e.g., 22).
- Active Subscriptions - The number of recurring subscriptions currently active (e.g., 5).
- Annual Revenue - The projected annual revenue from all active memberships combined (e.g., USD 8,450).
All three values highlight trends.

Gifts
The Gifts section tracks gift card activity across three metrics:
- Payments - The total value of gift cards sold (e.g., USD 1,560).
- Purchased - The number of gift cards that have been purchased (e.g., 6).
- Redeemed - The number of gift cards that have been used by recipients (e.g., 2).
All three values highlight trends.

Top Customers
The Top Customers panel ranks customers by Total Value (Payments + Rewards Value) on an all-time basis. But you can sort by each Column Header displayed. Each row displays:
- Name - Customer name
- Payments - Total payments made by the customer
- Rewards Used - Number of rewards redeemed
- Rewards Value - Total rewards value used
- Total Value - Combined payment and rewards value
You can page through all customers using the navigation controls at the bottom of the table (rows per page selector and page numbers) or click View all → to access the full customer list.
Top Rewards
The Top Rewards panel ranks your rewards by usage and monetary value on an all-time basis. Each row shows:
- Name - The reward name (e.g., Range Bucket, Weekday Round)
- Used - The number of times the reward has been redeemed
- Reward Value - The total Reward Value associated with the reward redemptions
This data helps identify which rewards resonate most with your customers, enabling you to refine your rewards for maximum engagement. You can page through all rewards using the navigation controls at the bottom of the table (rows per page selector and page numbers) or click View all → to access the full rewards list.
